The Zues 640 was originally designed as a dedicated scope, but you’ll find that it works just as well as a magnified spotting scope or handheld thermal imager. Weighing in at just 0.7 kg (1.5 lbs), it is the lightest and most compact scope in its class.
The Zeus can be used day and night without needing to take the sight off the rifle. The thermal imaging technology of the Zues (solid state, uncooled, long-wave infrared) allows you to find your target through atmospheric conditions like snow, dust, smoke, fog, haze, and more.
In addition to being small and light, Zeus Thermal Imaging Weapon Sights boast simple and intuitive control functions and features. These easy-to-understand functions let you customize your preferences and take advantage of the variety of setting options available.
The Zeus gives you a series of selectable color modes based on an upgradeable software package. A wireless remote switch is included to activate the Zeus Thermal Imaging Weapon Sight when positioned in the “standby” mode. The Zeus gives you the ability to record images and is equipped with a video-out capability.
Zeus makes your weapon installation easy and reliable thanks to its MIL-STD-1913/WEAVER/PICATINNY rail compatible quick-release locking mechanism. Zoom functions go from 1x to 2x and 4x without changing the point-of-aim to point-of-impact relationship of the targeting reticle.
